Refunds

At Siddharth Public School, the school management understands the importance of transparency in our fee policies. It is essential to note that the fees paid to the school are generally non-refundable as per our standard policy. However, the school management acknowledges that exceptional situations may arise that warrant special consideration.

If an exceptional circumstance arises, such as Unintentional double payment of fees, Siddharth Public School reserves the right to review the situation and, at its discretion, make adjustments or provide refunds. The school's administrative team will evaluate exceptional cases individually and decide on fee adjustments or refunds.

Please be aware that the non-refundable nature of fees remains our standard policy, and any exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Siddharth Public School. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation and sustainability of our educational programs and services.

The school welcomes parents and guardians to contact our administrative office for assistance with fees or exceptional circumstances. Our team will handle all matters with fairness and clarity.

Admission Cancellation Policy:

At Siddharth Public School, we understand that various circumstances may arise, including professional transfers, that require students to discontinue their education with us. While the school management empathizes with such situations, it's important to note that our admission fees are generally non-refundable, as they are allocated towards the administrative processes and resources required for student enrolment.

If parents or guardians of students claim to have been transferred to a different city due to work commitments and wish to cancel their child's admission, the school requires valid transfer documents from their job or organization. These documents must be submitted to the school's administrative office. It is important to note that admission fees are non-refundable even with valid transfer documents. However, the school does offer alternative options.

Transfer Certificate (TC) and No Objection Certificate (NOC): If a student has completed the academic year at Siddharth Public School and needs to transfer due to genuine reasons, the school will provide a Transfer Certificate (TC) and a No Objection Certificate (NOC). These documents are necessary for the admission process at the student's new school.

The decision regarding admission cancellation and the application of these options will be at the discretion of the school management and will depend on the individual circumstances presented.

The school management appreciates the understanding of parents and guardians in adhering to our admission cancellation policy. It helps us maintain the continuity and quality of our educational programs while providing necessary documentation for the student's academic journeys.
